Customer Service Liaison

Facet Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Service Liaison for the Peoria area.  Immediate position available.​  Must have great customer service and problem resolution skills!  This position is full time with an excellent benefit and generous compensation package! 

Job Description: This candidate will be responsible for scheduling our IT Network technicians to serve our business customers in a timely and organized manner.  Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and ability to excel in a fast paced environment required.  Ability to multi-task and prioritize calls based on the level of urgency.

Duties & Requirements for success:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by developing good working relationships with customers and IT technicians. 
  • Ability to prioritize and track multiple service requests.
  • Quoting rates and booking customer’s appointments.
  • Seek innovative ways to exceed customer’s expectation.
  • Detailed and thorough data entry into ticketing system.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize assignments.
  • Self-motivated with outstanding customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.​
